I am owner of Expandtalk.se and work as a employee at 24Group. Other from 24Group I do not receive any money from this site except some advertisment for Google Adsense. In the past I have been working for Ilter Clinic and New Hair Clinic in Sweden both are hair transplant clinics. The ads showing are random and I have not invested in any hair products or hair companies.
