Will I get my old hair back?
No, with a hair transplant the surgeon move existing hair follicles usually from the back of the head to the front. It is your own hair that is transplanted. It is not common practice to transplant someone else’s hair.

How much does a hair transplant cost?
The price varies with the type of surgery you want to have and the price at the specific clinic. In general FUE cost considerably more than the Strip since it is more labour intensive. Other factors for the price is which clinic you and  how much hair you want to transplant. Is it visible that I have done a hair transplant?
How your transplant looks like depends on the clinic which performs the surgery but also on your individual circumstances since we work with organic tissues. There are both bad and good surgeons out there. With a modern hair transplantation, it is difficult to see that the patient had a hair transplant. How long after surgery can I start working?

Is laser a better method for my hair loss?
The advantage of laser is that the method is painless but it is doubtful whether, and how laser methods work but you can certainly increase the blood circulation. Must I shave my hair when I undergo a hair transplant?
Shaving the head is better for the patient when using FUE as you pick each hair follicle individually. The strip surgery you could transplant easier. I have heard surgeons who complain when they have patients that have not shaved. It is much more difficult and the risk that you break the follicles increases (ie, it affects what the jargon is called the transection rate).

Which hair restoration clinic is best for me?
What is the best clinic varies from person to person and it is important that you trust the person who will do your HT. I would not recommend you about any specific clinic but feel that you should check the various clinics and form your own opinion.

Are there any other methods besides hair transplants to cure my baldness?

Will a hair transplant work for me?
It is impossible to say before you have completed an operation. Approximately 20% of performing an operation are not satisfied with the surgery and it is normal to have to make adjustments to the failed operations. If you have to pay for an adjustment due to the clinic and often about the arbitrariness what the doctor thinks about your performance. What is important is that you have confidence in the clinic and surgeon who you hire.
